These deciduous trees have glossy, dark green leaves which turn yellow in fall. Yoshino Flowering Cherry trees prefer full sun and well-drained soils. This shade tree is excellent as a border or mass planted in open area or as a specimen tree. They are exceptionally showy with evergreens in background. Hardy to USDA zone 5 and all higher zones.
