White wisteria is a deciduous vine with vigorous twining stems. Best when trained on an arbor, trellis or fence to allow viewing of the spectacular pendulous white flower clusters. Wisteria generally bloom at a very early age enjoying full sun. Fast-growing vine to 20 to 25 feet long. Follow a regular watering schedule during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system. Feed with a general purpose fertilizer. Provide support such as a trellis or arbor. Prune annually to control size. Wisteria are hardy to USDA zone 5. Shipped potted in soil for best possible results when planted in yard or garden.
