Southern Sweet Dwarf Peach will not let you down, loading up with medium sized peaches with attractive yellow skin overlaid with a red blush, just right for lunchbox or fruit salad. The yellow flesh has good flavor and is freestone. This dwarf or patio peach is great for container, or if desired in orchard it will minimize ladder work as it only reaches 4 to 5 feet tall and wide. The Southern Sweet only requires 500 hours chilling, ripening early to mid June, so no long weight for fruit here. Pair with Southern Flame dwarf peach which ripens early to mid July for extended harvest. Hardy to USDA zone 7 and all higher zones, and is shipped in its original soil and container for best possible results when planted in yard or garden.
