Ornamental grass--Regal Mist will have green foliage followed by feathery pinkish-red plumes late summer into fall. The flowers will attain their brightest color as autumn progresses, especially pretty when backlit by sun or lighting. The regal mist is drought tolerant once established, but looks best with regular water. This ornamental grass will be a great addition to native or wild gardens, and quite effective when grouped in mass. Fast growth to about four feet tall and wide. Full sun. Green evergreen shrubs like Holly and Euonymus highlight the light, airy blooms, or try Blueberry, Heath and Scotch Broom for added interest and color. Hardy to USDA zone 6 and higher. Your regal mist will be shipped potted in soil to ensure the best possible start when planted in yard or garden.
