Flowering magnolia "Pinkie" will be a tree that can add so much to your yard. Saucer magnoilas are one of the first trees to bloom in the spring. See the large buds starting to open and you'll know winter is almost over. This variety of deciduous magnolia blooms late April to Mid May, extending the range of color if planted with one of the earlier blooming varieties like saucer magnolia "Betty". Pinkie will load up with large sized blooms up to 7 inches across that are white in the interior, with pale red purple on the outside. Growth is compact and rounded, growing to about 15 feet tall or clip to shape. This flowering tree is hardy to USDA zone 5 to 6, and is shipped potted in soil to get the absolute best quality possible for our customers.
