NonPareil almond makes a large, thin shelled nut with a broad flat kernal. The Non Pareil is the number one commercial almond variety, adapted to most localities. This almond variety bears heavy, blooming mid season. The NonPareil does need a pollinator such as NePlus, Texas Mission or All in One. The NonPareil needs about 400 hours chilling, so a consideration in climates with mild to moderate winters. The almonds from your new tree will ripen September.
