Mutsu apples are large to very large in size, round with green skin and orange blush. Mutsu has white flesh that is coarse, firm, crisp, juicy and slightly acidic. A consistent taste test winner that stores well. Pick your apples from a large tree that could double as a shade tree. Mutsu will produce better with a pollinator such as Fuji, Red Delicious, Gala, or Granny Smith. Ripens Late October. Shipped as a potted five gallon tree in its original soil and container to ensure a healthier start when planted in yard or garden. Less than 500 hours chilling.
