Meyer Lemon Tree Semi Dwarf Five Gallon
The Meyer lemon tree first loads up with fragrant flowers, which then produce thin skinned, juicy lemons year round. The Meyer is different than conventional lemons in that the taste is sweeter and less acid, with rind that is thinner and more orangish in color than typical lemons. The Meyer lemon is evergreen, doing best in full sun though light shade o.k. The semi dwarf grows to about 10 to 12 feet tall or clip to desired size and shape, so no worries if your tree needs to spend some time indoors, as lemon trees make great container plants. Also consider on sunny porch, patio, or deck. Meyer lemons are great for baking. Squeeze juice over fish and any desired savory dish. Shipped as a potted five gallon tree in its original soil and container. Can not ship citrus trees to TX, AZ, or FL.

Can you really ship citrus trees this time of the year?
Since we ship all of our trees potted in soil, yes we are able to offer shipment year round. We monitor weather.com, and hold shipment temporarily if weather is too extreme. We add insulation to the trees as weather dictates, packaging each carefully by hand to ensure the best possible tree when it arrives at your home.
We carefully box each tree by hand, adding protective measures to absorb excessive vibration or movement while in transit. The root balls are then bagged to hold in moisture while the trees are on their way, with an additional card board collar placed over the tree to provide additional protection from the elements. Some leaf drop may occur, but the tree, once moved to a proper and safe location should re-foliate very quickly.
