McBeth Loquat is an early season variety with very large, tear drop shaped yellow fruit with few seeds. This loquat has sweet yellow flesh with hints of bubble gum flavor. The Mcbeth is self fertile treating you to fruit April to May. For those wanting a hint of the tropics and bold form and foliage, loquats are a good choice, enduring both full sun and heat, as well as being hardy to around 12°’s. Shipped potted in soil to ensure a healthier start when planted in yard or garden. Good choice in large containers on sunny patio or deck.
