Limequat Tree Semi Dwarf Five Gallon
The limequat is a cool climate lime which is a hybrid between West Indian lime and a Kumquat. A very attractive evergreen, growing to about 10 feet tall or clipped shorter. Ideal to plant next to your bar-be-cue area, handy for the marinades or a slice in your drinks. There are many uses for this lime substitute. Limequat is almost everbearing with heavy crops of oval lemon coloured fruit. The flesh is juicy and acidic and high in Vitamin C. Limequat is self-fertile. Great for containers or as an indoor plant. Would make a great gift. Shipped potted in its original soil and container.

Can you really ship citrus trees this time of the year?
Since we ship all of our trees potted in soil with established root systems, yes, it is something we can offer. We ship trees up to four feet tall.
We insulate the trees prior to shipping if necessary, and then carefully box them, adding additional protective measures to absorb excessive vibration or movement while in transit. The root balls are then bagged to hold in moisture while the trees are on their way, with an additional card board collar placed over the tree to provide additional protection from the elements. Some leaf drop may occur, but the tree, once moved to a proper and safe location should re-foliate very quickly.
