The Elberta peach is large, usually elongated. Skin golden yellow, flushed with red where exposed to sun. Yellow flesh, very rich and sweet. California's leading peach for all purposes. Ripens July. Freestone. Great for fresh eating or canning. Shipped potted in soil to ensure the best possible start when planted in yard or garden. Fruit good for fresh eating, cooking, canning, drying, freezing, juice, jams & jellies and even ice cream.
