Black Beauty Coral Bells will provide some awesome foliage contrast to brighten up your shade gardens. Mix with the yellows of variegated Liriope, or even with emerald greens of Hostas or Asparagus fern. This Heuchera variety is an exceptional perennial for small city gardens, or use in naturalistic groups or for mass plantings. The "Black Beauty" is moderate growing to only about a foot tall by about 18 inches across. Hardy to USDA zone 4 and all higher zones, so one tough performer in the winter. It does sneak in some tiny white flowers early summer for a little extra color. It does go top dormant in the winter, coming back with fresh new foliage the following spring. Shipped as a potted one gallon plant in its original soil and container to ensure a healthier start when planted in yard or garden.
