Fabulously fragrant Mediterranean. Produces most vibrant reddish purple flower color with heavy spring bloom and more modest rebloom into fall. Grey green foliage is fine textured and densely packed. Less vulnerable to old age fall out than its predecessors. Insists on well drained soil but not picky about fertility. Ideal for dryland borders and xeriscape. Great for adding color and aroma on porch, patio, or sunny entryway. Evergreen. Full sun. Moderate growth 30 inches tall, 2 feet wide. Blooms spring and fall. Full sun. Hardy to 0 to 10°F.
