When Gold Cluster Forsythia begins to bloom, you know spring is right around the corner. The plant will be covered with an explosion of bright yellow flowers late winter, almost completely covering the entire bush. It blooms well before the foliage emerges giving you a head turning show of nothing but color. The Gold Cluster has a more dwarf habit, only reaching to 5 feet tall or easily clip to shape. Use this smaller forsythia to your advantage, tucking it between other evergreens for greater color contrast, or in container to brighten up a deck or patio. The "Gold Cluster" will also treat you to a second show...burgundy fall foliage as it goes asleep for the winter. Shipped potted in soil to ensure a healthier start when planted in yard or garden. Hardy to USDA zone 5 and all higher zones. Deciduous.
