The Fuerte Avocado produces excellent quality fruit about 7 to 12 oz in size from November to June. The Fuerte has fruit with green skin that is medium-thin. Spreading tree. Hardy to about 28°’s, more with protection or grow in large container for those in extreme winter areas. The Fuerte likes good draining soil. Use the fruit for all avocado uses in the kitchen, from BLT sandwiches to home made guacamole to an incredible garnish on any salad.
