Red Valencia Orange is a new introduction with deep, dark red flesh with few seeds, and purplish red to orange red skins. Coloration is at least as dark as 'Moro' and seems quite a bit more dependable. The red valencia orange tree is compact, nice looking, very ornamental, heavy bearing, and holds fruit well. This should be an excellent blood orange for cool summer areas since 'Valencia' itself is a good fresh eating orange there. Makes excellent indoor plant; clip to shape.Taste is good. Can not ship citrus trees to TX, AZ, or FL. Shipped as a potted five gallon tree in its original soil and container. Would make a great gift.
