Fall Glo tangerines are an early season variety with excellent flavor, with thin skin that peels so easily it almost jumps out of your hands. This tangerine variety is a cross between the Temple Orange and Tangelo. The highly flavored fruit sections well, so be sure to include some of these tangerines in fresh fruit salads, or peel and separate a few of these orange beauties into a bowl for an impromtu desert. Taste is very sweet with a touch of tartness. Peel is a deep orange color. Fruit does have seeds, but taste is so good that it's worth dodging the seeds when eating fresh. Also consider juicing some of your fall glo tangerines.
