The Ever Red Loropetalum is one of those special plants offering color not just from its flowers, but from its foliage as well....a deep burgundy foliage that will be sure to please. I've always liked the way this shrub grows in kind of a 'layered' fashion, its fast growing branches arching nicely to create a neat effect, especially when used with boulders or behind a bench or small garden statuary. Also called Fringe Flower, give this blooming shrub a try for a high contrast effect in beds or borders. Ever Red Loropetalum is evergreen, thriving in partial to full sun and regular watering, hardy to USDA zone 7 and all higher zones. Flower color is red on this plant, with blossoms late winter into spring, and then sporadic flowering throughout the year. A compact shrub to about 6 feet tall or clip to desired size and shape. Shipped as a potted 2 gallon specimen for best possible results when planted in yard or garden.
