Dwarf Tango Mandarin Orange Tree, Five Gallon Container
Tango Mandarin orange—large sized fruit and virtually seedless, what a combination! This mandarin variety is fairly new to the market, so give it some thought if you have one more spot to fill in your orchard or have an empty container to fill for your indoor garden oasis. The fruit is virtually seedless and easy to peel, so a great snack, especially for kids. The Tango has large sized fruit (over two inches) with a rich, sweet flavor and lots of juice. Its deep orange color and finely textured flesh makes it a winner in fruit salads or as a finishing course to any meal. You will be picking your mandarins beginning late January through April, so the tango is a perfect compliment to the Satsuma or Clementine varieties which ripen closer to Christmas. Fruit production begins the second year after planting. Your new citrus tree will be shipped potted in soil to ensure the best possible start when planted in yard or garden.
