Meadow sage is a wonderful way to brighten you landscape-- whether tucked in between rocks, lining a pathway, planted along the feet of a small shade tree, or as a colorful accent to petunias or annual flowers. Try the flowers from your new sage in vase arrangements either cut or dried. This tough little guy is hardy to USDA zone 4, yet does well in full sun and warm summers. Keep moist, especially important in extreme heat. Enjoy the spikes of blue color early summer to fall, with the plant itself to only 18 inches tall and about 24 inches wide. Meadow sage is a ‘must have’ for the cottage garden landscape. Herbaceous. Shipped potted in soil for best possible results when planted in yard or garden.
