Blue Atlas Cedar has the potential to be a magnificent tree over time, and easy care too. It does grow slow giving it some potential in smaller areas, but over time (many years) can become a jaw dropping, magnificent skyline tree. Also known as Cedrus atlantica 'Glauca', enjoy its blue green foliage and easy care approach planted in large lawn areas, along far flung property line fences or in larger sized planter beds. The blue atlas can reach 40 to 50 feet or prune to desired size and shape. It doesn't need much water once established, so let the water hose gather a bit of dust. Does well near the beach. Hardy to USDA zone 6 and all higher zones, and is shipped as a potted specimen for best possible results when planted in yard or garden.
