Big Jim is an excellent mid-season loquat. Very large, orange, tear drop shaped fruit has flavorful, juicy, orange flesh. An excellent mid-season loquat. Hardy to 12° F. Attractive tree is self fertile. Bears in May. Tree to about 12 to 15 feet or shape to desired height. Full or part sun, so excellent on sunny deck or patio for tropical effect. Shipped as a potted five gallon tree in its original soil and container.
